Andrew Lanyon
Born in St Ives in 1947, the son of artist Peter Lanyon, he was brought up in West Cornwall. He studied at the London School of Film Technique and worked in film for several years before starting to publish his own books in 1987. His work is in public and private collections including the Victoria & Albert Museum, London and The Museum of Modern Art, New York.
