Rodney Lawrence

Rodney Lawrence joined Elizabeth Raeburn to set up their workshop in 1975.
Since then he has exhibited widely, though in recent years he has concentrated on commissions. These have ranged from individual presents to commemorative pieces commissioned by John Schlesinger to celebrate the premieres of his films.

Others have depicted people’s “lifetime achievements”. He says, “The pots are made with a hope that they will give enjoyment and amusement, as well as being useful.”
